Darabeel
Darabeel is a food ordering app specifically for sweet-teeth as it is specially built for people who want to enjoy dessert any time or celebrate occasions making sweet memories. Darabeel enables the user to order from multiple restaurants, check their opening and closing time, ratings and reviews, and get the order delivered to their doorstep.

Problem
This challenge was a dare that was to be performed with the utmost precision. Converting the app from Core PHP to the CodeIgniter framework was a major exercise along with maintaining and retaining the existing user base. Launching an entirely new app without letting old users feel the change was a thing to do!
Solution
We rather tried to be simple in our development method without disturbing the activities of Darabeel during the development process. Our team used the same flow of the existing app, worked on the same structure as the app and launched a new update with its upgraded features. The existing user base was not affected and still, we were able to deliver a customized app with intuitive features.
User Interface
Listing page will show the available restaurants, ratings and reviews, opening and closing time of restaurants, bakeries and dessert shops to make maximum use of user’s time on the app.

The user can check the menu and prices, check delivery timings, review, and create their own customized menu.
We decided upon a lucid design and colors to keep the customer on the page menu, browse the restaurant menu, select their desired items and create a customized menu for them.
A search bar to find the craved dessert in the chosen area starts the dessert journey to land upon the selected item later.
Check the order, get a receipt and meanwhile track the live order status through this page.
Developed a facility of notifications regarding the offers, discounts, and coupons that are sent to the user through the app.
